Installing MVC
Prerequisites
The only prerequisite for installing ASP.NET MVC is a copy of Visual Studio. MVC runs on both the "normal" professional developer versions of Visual Studio as well as the free Visual Studio Express. If you need help with Visual Studio Express, I recommend the forums.
Installing the MVC Setup Files
The good news is that installing MVC is quite simple; all it requires is that you download the installer and run it on your system. Easy!
To get the most up-to-date installer for ASP.NET MVC, visit the MVC section on the asp.net website: http://www.asp.net/mvc/. Look for something like this:
